ThE cAt bORn tO LovE

It was an incidence that I went to the English conversation class last night.
I never think about taking a class like that because I usually don't talk much, not mention to talking in English.
I have to thank Kelly and Andy's invitation.
I think that we can call it a party much better then a class because it made me feel free there.
It was really a wonderful experience for me, and I think I will join in it every Wednesday in the future.

We arrived the bar "The Living Room" at about 9 o'clock.
The teachers were still discussing about the contents of the class, so we just sit around and ordered first.
When we were talking and taking drinks, the hostess came and introduced a magician to us.

He was really amazing after watching all his performance.
I was shocked because it was so unbelievable even I stared at the cards so closely.
I think that I must look like a fool in the countenance at that time.

After watching the magic show, we went into the "classroom"(I think that it looked more like a performing stage).

Teachers started with a short drama to introduce the topic today ── "How to get along with others".
And then we watched a chapter of the famous film "Friends".
At first I was silent and smiley listening to what teachers wanted to express to us.
But after getting Kelly and Andy's opinions, Tiffany asked me if I had any idea about the topic.
I stammered out my answer with very influent English, but Tiffany and Leona are so kind and friendly that they explained what I wanted to say more detailed to others.
I said that I am an indirect person, but I would like others to treat me directly.
Because I can't express myself exactly and properly, I'm afraid of misunderstandings from friends causing by my using wrong words or sentences.
Also I think that this is a very good occasion for us to listen to and to understand each other much carefully with heart.

After taking a break to get more drinks, Tiffany and Leona seperated us to two groups to make open discussion.
Leona, Andy and I were one group to discuss the response in the scenario as described below:
Andy and I are brother and sister, and we have very strict and traditional parents.
They want us to become people who are in very powerful position and earn much money.
Andy works and plays a role just as parents' expectation.
Otherwise I am still a student studying in laws but I drop out and now study in art.
I'm talented.
But this is underground.
Andy covers up parents for me and gives me some assistance.
Leona asked me what we would do if we were in this case.
Andy said that he would keep covering me and giving me a hand because he had no such chance to do what he wanted to do.
I said that I would find some chance to tell our parents by myself because I think that I should be responsible for my life.
Because of the similarity of our real life, we talked a lot about our thoughts.
Tiffany, Kelly, Apple and Charles talked on the topic about work.
Time passed fast, it was half after 11 when we were dismissed.


It was really a big step for me to speak in English.
After all it is not the same thing as writing which I can take my time to modify the grammar and to find proper words.
I think that we all had a great time sharing with each other.
